Each row is one line on the chart: an attack formula you write (see Option syntax below), or one added from Build a character.

    Option syntax

label: attack; attack…. Each attack is a to-hit bonus, then damage, then any extras, separated by commas.

    flame tongue: +7, 1d8+4 slashing, 2d6 fire
    fighter 11: 3x +9, 2d6+5 slashing
    champion: +7, 1d8+4 slashing, crit 19
    shortsword + dagger: +7, 1d6+4 piercing; +7, 1d4 piercing, bonus
    rogue: +7, 1d6+4 piercing; +7, 1d4 piercing, bonus; once 3d6 piercing
great weapon fighter: +7, 2d6r<=2+4 slashing, savage

crit 19 widens the crit range. adv / dis give that attack advantage or disadvantage. Each attack is made once unless it starts with a count: 3x for a level 11 fighter's three attacks. bonus marks a bonus-action attack, such as an off-hand attack.

A segment starting with once is damage added once per turn, such as Sneak Attack. It lands on the first attack that hits, whichever that is, and its dice double if that hit is a critical.

savage is Savage Attacker: once per turn, on the first such attack that hits, its first damage item's dice are rolled twice and the higher total kept. Dice can carry a rule: 2d6r<=2 rerolls a 1 or 2 once (Great Weapon Fighting, 2014) and 2d6min3 counts 1s and 2s as 3s (2024).
